Application Process

NOTICE TO ALL WISHING TO APPEAR BEFORE THE
MONTVALE ENVIRONMENTAL COMMISSION

All applicants seeking approval of their landscaping plan by the Montvale Environmental Commission need to do the following:

Submit twelve (12) copies of the landscaping plan

Submit two (2) complete sets of plans for the entire project These copies must arrive at Borough Hall at least ten business days prior to the meeting of the Environmental Commission. Meetings are held on the third Monday of every month. In the event of a holiday, meetings are held on the fourth Monday. There is no meeting in December. In case of doubt, please check the meeting schedule here at the Montvale web site.
