The Planning Board is pleased to offer various applications and forms that now can be filled out on the computer. Please follow the instructions in each form below to ensure proper action on each form. In addition, please ensure that you have enclosed the appropriate payment if the form requires one. Failing to strictly adhere to the instructions will only delay your application or request. If necessary a blank form can be obtained from Borough Hall.
