Senior Club Exercise Room

A Senior Citizen Exercise Room is located at the Montvale Senior Center members must be at minimum of 55 years of age. Available equipment consists of treadmills, stationary bicycles, an elliptical trainers and a rowing machine.

Initial hours of operation will be Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8 AM until Noon. Seniors who are interested in using the exercise equipment during these  hours should come to the Senior Center on one of these days to register. Seniors who are interested in using the equipment should contact Dick Voorhees at (201) 573-0761.

The cost of registration for access to the Exercise Room will be $35 per year for Residents and $40 for Non-Residents. Half price Members after Labor Day $17.50.
 
The registration fees will be used for equipment maintenance and the acquisition of replacement equipment.
