Senior Citizen & Community Center
Senior/Community Center is located at One Memorial Drive in Montvale.
The Montvale Senior Club, which includes Montvale residents who are at least 55 years of age, meets there regularly, conducting a Business Meeting on the first Thursday and a Social Meeting on the third Thursday of each month (except July and August). Membership dues are $8.00 per year.
The Center operates as a Senior Center on Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm. During that time, the Senior Club offers programs such as chair exercises, line dancing, card games and crafts. A Senior Fitness Center is also available Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings for $40/year.
During the evening hours, the building operates as a Community Center, and, while the Senior Club conducts events such as their monthly Pizza and Bingo Party, other community organizations such as the Boy Scouts, Cub Scouts and Korean War Veterans meet there regularly.
