BE IT RESOLVED, meetings of the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Montvale shall be held on the following dates at the Municipal Building, 12 Mercedes Drive, Montvale, New Jersey. All public and workshop meetings will begin at 7:30 P.M.

Meeting dates are subject to change. 48 hours' notification will be provided per N.J.S.A. 10:4-18. ACTION MAY BE TAKEN AT BOTH PUBLIC AND WORKSHOP SESSIONS.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, the Mayor & Council of the Borough of Montvale will hold Executive/Closed Meetings of the Governing Body at 6:00 P.M. on the above dates for the year 2010 in accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act P.L. 1975, Chapter 231 which permits the exclusion of the public from a meeting in certain circumstances.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, one of the nine reasons Executive/Closed MEETING are permitted will be listed on the agenda.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, Executive/Closed Meetings will be cancelled at the discretion of the Governing Body.
