Trustees, Montvale Swim Club, PO Box 306, Montvale, NJ 07645. The prospective member will be contacted
when a membership becomes available. Please include your home address in Montvale, telephone number,
membership request (family, single, senior) and an email address so you may be notified promptly
that we have received your request.
