The Boroughs of Montvale, Park Ridge, and Woodcliff Lake have a Senior Van to
transport non-driving senior citizens (minimum age 60) to various
locations in the Pascack Valley area. We are asking those qualifying
seniors to take a few minutes to print and complete this questionnaire
so we might have some idea as to which locations need to be served.
Each community will be serviced one day each week from approximately
8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
