As our hard-working frontline employees continue to navigate the challenges presented by the COVID-19 virus, Waste Management remains committed to providing our valued customers the essential services needed to keep our communities and the environment clean, safe and healthy.
We are pleased to announce the following:
- Effective Monday, May 11, 2020, we are resuming bulk item collection.
- We do ask, given what may be a backlog of bulk in some communities, residents to limit what the place out during the month of May, hopefully, spreading out any accumulation over the balance of the month of May (3 week period - May 11 - May 29).
- We believe this should provide a smooth transition back to regular bulk item collection for your community June 1, 2020.
As we resume bulk collection, residents’ collection times may be later than normal. Waste Management appreciates your patience, cooperation, and understanding during this difficult time, and we thank you for your valued partnership.
